1. Marketing & Sales Intern

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Internship Type: Unpaid

After 6 Months: Stipend will be started based on performance and company requirements

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist the sales and marketing team in generating and managing leads.
- Follow up with leads generated through company advertisements and online platforms.
- Communicate with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
- Coordinate product demos and assist customers with the 15-day free trial process.
- Maintain lead information and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Support customer onboarding and lead conversion activities.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular updates and reports regarding leads and follow-ups.

Requirements
- Good communication skills, especially in English.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Confident and willing to communicate with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

1. Quality Analyst Intern

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Internship Type: Unpaid

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Location: Mohali, Punjab

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist the QA team in testing software applications and CRM solutions.
- Perform functional and basic regression testing.
- Identify, document, and report bugs and issues.
- Verify fixes and perform retesting.
- Prepare and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
- Test workflows, forms, modules, and application features.
- Work closely with developers to understand and resolve reported issues.
- Maintain testing reports and provide regular updates.
- Learn and follow software testing and quality assurance processes.

Requirements
- Basic understanding of Software Testing / Quality Assurance .
- Knowledge of test cases, bug reporting, and testing concepts is preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Freshers and students from IT/computer-related backgrounds can apply.
