Job Summary

We are looking for a target-oriented Student Counsellor to guide prospective students regarding caregiving and healthcare training programmes and convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable courses based on their career goals.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Conduct outbound calls and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records in CRM/ATS.




- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with training and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
- Participate in college visits, career counselling sessions, and admission campaigns.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements
- Any Degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, education sales, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good counselling, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
