As a Studio Manager, you are the face of Aliens Tattoo within your studio. You will lead the business, inspire your team, own the customer journey, drive commercial performance, and ensure every operational detail reflects the premium standards of the Aliens Tattoo brand. This role combines sales leadership, customer experience, operational excellence, financial ownership, people development, and business management. You'll work closely with the Cluster Manager and cross-functional teams to build a studio that consistently exceeds business targets while delivering world-class customer experiences.

Your responsibility extends far beyond achieving monthly sales targets. You are expected to create an environment where customers receive exceptional service from their very first enquiry through their entire tattoo journey. You will build a disciplined, customer-centric team that consistently delivers premium experiences while operating with the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, safety, and operational excellence. You are responsible for driving sustainable business growth by balancing sales performance, profitability, operational efficiency, inventory management, studio readiness, and people development. - What you'll be doing

As the Studio Manager,



you will own the complete business performance of your studio by balancing commercial success, operational excellence, customer delight, and people leadership. You will drive revenue growth by ensuring every consultation is converted professionally, every customer receives an exceptional experience, and every opportunity to maximize business value is effectively captured. Through disciplined CRM management, proactive follow-ups, repeat business initiatives, and premium upselling, you will ensure sustainable business growth while maintaining customer trust. You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of tattoo artists, Assistant Studio Managers, customer experience professionals, and support staff by creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, coaching, and continuous improvement. Through daily briefings, regular feedback, performance reviews, and recognition, you will help every team member perform at their highest potential. Operational excellence will be one of your highest priorities. You will ensure your studio remains operationally ready every day by maintaining world-class hygiene standards, statutory compliance, inventory accuracy, equipment readiness, housekeeping excellence, and strict adherence to all operational SOPs. You will oversee inventory planning, stock accuracy, tattoo consumables, merchandise, aftercare products, biomedical waste management, and studio maintenance while ensuring resources are utilized efficiently and responsibly. You will coordinate closely with the Design Team, Artist Team Leaders, Cluster Manager, and other support functions to ensure tattoo designs are delivered on time, customer expectations are consistently managed, and business operations run seamlessly. Using data, business insights, and performance metrics, you will continuously identify improvement opportunities, solve operational challenges proactively, optimize profitability, and implement scalable processes that strengthen the studio's long-term success. Ultimately, your role is to ensure that your studio consistently operates as a profitable, customer-centric, operationally excellent, and high-performing business that sets the benchmark for premium tattoo experiences.
