Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage structural Revit models with required LOD as per project stages (LOD 300450).
- Coordinate with Architectural, MEP, and Interior teams for multidisciplinary BIM integration.
- Prepare and maintain Revit families, templates, and schedules as per project standards.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
- Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company BIM standards.
- Support in the preparation of construction drawings and shop drawings derived from BIM models.
- Collaborate with BIM Coordinators and Engineers to implement best modeling practices.

Qualifications:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 3–6 years of experience in Revit Structural modeling.
- Robust understanding of RC, Steel, and Post-tensioned structures.
- Familiarity with BIM standards, naming conventions, and file management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
