Perform 3D analysis and design for PEB frames, industrial sheds, multi-level mezzanines, and crane gantries using specialized software.
- Load Calculations: Compute dead, live, wind, seismic, and snow loads according to project specifications and local environmental factors.
- Optimization &
- Value Engineering:
Optimize structural steel weight and section sizes to deliver economical designs without compromising safety or structural integrity.
- Connection Design: Design safe and efficient primary/secondary connections, moment/shear connections, base plates, and anchor bolt layouts.
- Drawing Coordination: Review and approve General Arrangement (GA) drawings, anchor plans, and fabrication/shop drawings produced by the detailing team.
- BOQ &
- Estimation:
Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material takeoffs for tenders and client proposals.
- Site &
- Fabrication Support:
Provide technical clarifications and resolve queries from manufacturing plants or site erection teams during construction.
Requirements &
- Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum [3 to 6+] years of focused experience in PEB design and structural steel detailing.
- Software Proficiency: Solid command over STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or MBS (Metal Building Software); familiarity with Tekla Structures or AutoCAD.
- Code Knowledge: In-depth understanding of design standards such as IS 800, IS 875, AISC, or MBMA.
- Skills: Excellent spatial visualization, analytical problem-solving, and capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
