Your Responsibilities:

Strategic Deal Visibility &

- Executive Intervention Enablement .

- Drive visibility of strategic pursuits requiring executive sponsorship and leadership engagement

- Identify high-priority opportunities, risks, and escalation points across the deal portfolio

- Enable data-driven intervention through pursuit insights, governance, and action tracking

Executive Reporting &

- Strategic Insights.

- Prepare executive-ready dashboards, performance reports, and leadership presentations

- Support strategic reviews and decision-making through timely reporting and analysis

- Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business insights

AI, Automation &

- Innovation

- Drive AI-enabled ways of working to enhance productivity and decision-making

- Lead adoption of AI-powered reporting, dashboards, and business insights

- Identify and implement cutting-edge solutions that improve operational efficiency and stakeholder experience

Stakeholder &

- Relationship Management

- Serve as a trusted advisor to global stakeholders in advancing strategic growth priorities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution of strategic initiatives and business outcomes

- Facilitate stakeholder alignment, governance discussions, and decision-making across key priorities

Team Leadership &

- Capability Development

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on quality and innovation





- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence

- Manage resource planning, performance, and team development activities

Delivery Management &

- Governance

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Client Services workstreams, ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Establish governance, quality control, and performance management frameworks to drive operational excellence.

- Drive operational rigor through planning, tracking, risk management, and continuous improvement of delivery

What Were Looking For:

- MBA with 6-9 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Business Operations, and Program Management.

Professional

Services or Consulting experience is highly preferred

- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and managing stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment

- Strong expertise in growth strategy, business performance management, and executive decision support

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights

- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence through effective governance and project management

- AI-driven mindset with experience leveraging AI, automation, and analytics to enhance productivity, decision making, and business outcomes
