We are looking for an experienced Strategic Sourcing / Category Management Manager with 10+ years of experience to support our client’s procurement and strategic sourcing function.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management strategies .
- Lead sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and selection.
- Manage RFP/RFQ processes , commercial negotiations, and contracting.
- Drive cost optimization, savings, and value creation.
- Conduct spend analysis, market research, benchmarking, and supplier assessments.
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships.
- Manage supplier performance, contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
- Identify and mitigate supplier, commercial, and supply-chain risks.
- Track category performance, savings, and sourcing KPIs.




- Lead procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

? Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement, or related functions.
- Robust experience in supplier management and commercial negotiations .
- Proven experience leading strategic sourcing and category management initiatives.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, spend analysis, and market intelligence.
- Experience managing RFP/RFQ and complex sourcing projects.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple strategic initiatives.
