Senior-KDNI • We are recruiting for a Consultant in the team. Working as a member of the team your responsibilities will include: Lead and deliver commercial and market reviews, strategic studies, and business plan reviews • Driving/ supporting the design of commercial and financial analysis e.g., market analysis, business model analysis, competitive benchmarking, strategic rationale and fit etc.

- Actively building and managing the relationship and interface with international KPMG Strategy and other deal advisory professionals • For small to Medium engagements, being actively involved in structuring the output and its delivery • Being responsible for design and quality of deliverables • Supporting KPMG onshore teams or leading business development initiatives, including bid proposal and management • Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice development • Credible record of operating as an independent contributor and working as part of a team during larger projects • Running management interviews as applicable and ability to summary it into an insightful client ready report • Ability to interact with the leading stakeholders both internal (Partner /MDs) and External (Client leadership)



stakeholders on engagements • Working knowledge of at least one of the data analytics tools such as Alteryx or PowerBI • Valuable business acumen combined with data analysis and insight generation skills • Strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills - able to demonstrate how one supports the other - and sound commercial acumen • Experience of leading workstreams and developing proposals • Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations • Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team player; self-driven and ability to work independently Educational qualifications • MBAs from a leading Indian/International educational institution • N3 certification in Japanese language - Demonstrates high proficiency and near-native fluency of Japanese language used in business situations Work experience • Relevant experience (3-5 years) gained in either corporate roles, strategy consulting, or similar research/deal experience in the relevant sector/propositions (as applicable) Experience Level Senior Level
