Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Strategic Management & Leadership Faculty Member to join our education team. The role involves delivering high-quality academic and professional learning in strategic management, leadership, business strategy, and organizational development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and facilitating learning, developing course content, mentoring students and professionals, conducting assessments, and contributing to the continuous improvement of academic and training programs.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Training

- Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, seminars, and interactive training sessions on Strategic Management and Leadership.
- Facilitate classroom and online learning for undergraduate, postgraduate, executive, and professional learners, as applicable.
- Use practical examples, business cases, simulations, group discussions, and experiential learning techniques.
- Connect academic concepts with real-world business and organizational challenges.
- Encourage critical thinking, strategic decision-making, innovation, and leadership development among learners.

Curriculum & Learning Content
- Develop and update course outlines, lesson plans, presentations, case studies, assignments, and other learning materials.




- Ensure learning content is relevant to current business and leadership practices.
- Contribute to the development of new academic and professional programs.
- Review and improve curriculum based on learner feedback, industry requirements, and institutional objectives.
- Integrate emerging topics such as digital transformation, sustainability, entrepreneurship, innovation, and responsible leadership where relevant.

Student & Learner Support
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career-related support to students.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students with projects, presentations, research assignments, and strategic business cases.
- Identify learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
- Encourage career development and leadership capabilities among learners.

Assessment & Quality Assurance
- Design examinations, assignments, projects, presentations, and other assessments.
- Evaluate student performance fairly and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic and assessment records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
