The Role

You own the warehouse. Every material that enters and every material that leaves you track it, document it, and account for it. Production depends on you being one step ahead. If the floor stops for a missing material, that is your responsibility to have prevented.

This is not a passive store-keeping job. It is an operational ownership role.

What You Will Do

- Receive all incoming materials verify against purchase order, raise GRN, organise and zone the warehouse
- Issue materials to the production floor only against a completed MRN no MRN, no material, no exceptions
- Monitor the production plan daily confirm all materials for upcoming stages are in stock 48 hours before they are needed
- Flag shortfalls to management immediately never on the day production needs it
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts — reconcile against the tracker, investigate every variance
- Maintain all store documentation — GRNs, MRNs, challans, stock registers — clean and retrievable at all times
- Submit a weekly stock report every Friday without being asked




- Attend the Monday morning production review with a explicit stock status for every active unit

Who We Are Looking For

- 3 to 7 years of store or warehouse experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or construction materials environment
- Strong working knowledge of construction or fabrication materials — steel sections, insulation, panels, hardware, MEP materials
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets — real-time inventory tracking, not just basic data entry
- Knows and follows GRN / MRN / purchase order documentation without supervision
- Has the discipline to say no — to bypassing process, accepting wrong materials, or issuing without documentation
- Fluent in Telugu and Hindi
