Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage the company’s raw materials, components, finished goods, and overall store operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, material receipt and issue, stock control, proper storage, and coordination with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage day-to-day activities of the Stores / Warehouse department.

· Receive and verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders, invoices, and delivery documents.

· Check quantity, identification, and physical condition of materials received.

· Coordinate with the Quality Department for incoming material inspection.

· Issue raw materials and components to Production as per approved requirements.

· Maintain proper records of Material Receipt, Material Issue, Stock Transfer, and Return.

· Maintain accurate physical and system inventory.

· Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess stock.

· Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.

· Ensure proper identification, labelling, coding, and location of materials.

· Maintain proper storage of motors, electrical components, plastic parts, jars, packaging materials, and finished goods.

· Follow FIFO/FEFO wherever applicable.

· Coordinate with Purchase regarding pending materials and expected deliveries.

· Coordinate with Production regarding material requirements and shortages.

· Coordinate with Accounts for invoice, GRN, and stock-related documentation.

· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and inventory reports.





· Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and excess inventory.

· Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and 5S practices in the store.

· Prevent material loss, damage, unauthorized movement, and pilferage.

· Supervise Store Assistants, Helpers, and other store staff.

· Allocate work and monitor the performance of store employees.

· Ensure timely updating of stock in ERP / Excel / Tally / inventory software.

· Maintain proper documentation for audits and management review.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Required Skills

· Good knowledge of Inventory Management and Store Operations.

· Knowledge of GRN, PO, Material Issue, Material Return, Stock Transfer, and Stock Reconciliation.

· Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.

· Experience with ERP / Inventory Management Software is preferred.

· Good coordination and communication skills.

· Good numerical and record-keeping ability.

· Ability to manage store staff and daily operations.

· Knowledge of manufacturing materials and components will be an advantage.

Qualification

· Graduate / Diploma preferred.

· Candidates with experience in Stores / Warehouse / Inventory Management in a manufacturing company will be preferred.

Experience

5–10 years of relevant experience in Store / Warehouse / Inventory Management, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates having experience in manufacturing / electrical / home-appliance / mixer-grinder / engineering industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
