Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Supervise a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure effective floor management by maintaining organization, cleanliness, and stock levels on the sales floor.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in store operations.
Job Requirements :
- 3-12 years of experience in retail store management or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
- Solid knowledge of retail operations, including showroom management, showroom sales, store setup, store operations, stores maintenance & repair.
