Salary: 30,000 40,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our supermarket/department store. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day supermarket operations
- Supervise and guide store staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Handle billing, cash management, and store reports
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety,



and visual standards
- Plan promotions and implement sales strategies
- Resolve customer complaints effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail or supermarket management
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory and billing systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Good command of English and Tamil (spoken and written)
