ROLE OVERVIEW The Store Manager is responsible for driving store sales, customer satisfaction, team performance, operational excellence, inventory accuracy and compliance with company SOPs while ensuring an outstanding in-store customer experience.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Drive customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
SALES & BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
- Achieve store sales and conversion targets.
- Allocate targets and motivate the team.
Pay: ₹750,000.00 per year
