Role Description The Store Manager role at NEEDLEDUST is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Store

Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to brand standards. This role is responsible for leading and mentoring the store team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Manager handles customer escalations, manages store administration,



coordinates with the head office on promotions and collections, and ensures proper implementation of retail loss prevention measures. The position requires active floor presence, engagement with customers, and consistent alignment with NEEDLEDUST’s luxury brand experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills.
- Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, guide team members, and coordinate with management.
- Experience in Store Management, including daily operations, staff supervision, and sales performance tracking.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard products, cash handling, and store assets.
- Proven experience in retail, preferably in fashion, footwear, or luxury brands.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, with strong people-management and coaching skills.
- Comfort with basic retail systems, POS operations, and reporting tools.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
