The Store Keeper is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. The role ensures accuracy in stock records, timely replenishment, and smooth functioning of daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.

- Maintain accurate stock records in the system/registers.

- Organize and store materials systematically for easy identification and retrieval.

- Issue materials to departments based on approved requests.

- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks and prepare reports.

- Monitor stock levels and place reorder requests as required.

- Safeguard materials from damage, theft, or misuse by following proper storage practices.

- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.

- Coordinate with vendors, purchase department,



and internal teams for smooth operations.

- Update GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock ledgers, and inventory software.

- Assist in annual/periodic audits and verify physical stock.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Skills & Competencies

- Robust knowledge of storekeeping, inventory management, and documentation.

- Ability to handle lifting and physical movement of materials when required.

- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Inventory Software).

- Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
