Key Responsibilities Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Drive store profitability and monitor key business KPIs. Lead, motivate and manage the store team.

Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Monitor staff attendance, grooming and discipline. Plan staff rosters and ensure adequate manpower throughout operating hours. Monitor stock availability, replenishment and inventory accuracy.

Coordinate with the stock team for inward, outward and stock transfers. Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising guidelines. Maintain store presentation and brand standards. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

Monitor daily sales, conversion, average transaction value and other relevant KPIs. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly store performance reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs. Coordinate with the HO/management for operational requirements.

Preferred Profile

Graduate preferred. 3–5+ years of experience in retail/store management.

Experience in fashion/lifestyle retail will be preferred. Solid leadership and communication skills. Good understanding of sales and retail operations.
