Role Description The Store Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Khed.

The Store

Executive will manage daily store operations, including receiving, inspecting, and issuing materials, components, and finished goods.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, updating stock registers or software systems, and ensuring proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping in the store area. The role also involves coordinating with production, procurement, and dispatch teams, preparing documentation for material movement, and supporting periodic stock audits and reconciliations.

Executive will handle vendor and internal stakeholder communication regarding material availability and assist in implementing safety and compliance practices within the store.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Communication to interact effectively with internal teams and vendors.
- Candidates should possess skills in Retail and Sales to manage store operations, material flow, and stock presentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Commerce, including basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory or ERP systems are beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to follow standardized procedures are required.
- Prior experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or materials management in an industrial or manufacturing setting is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in commerce, business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
