Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Executive role based in Rajkot.

The Store

Executive will oversee inventory management, ensure proper order stocking and replenishment, and maintain a well-organized and efficient store workplace. The role involves engaging with customers, facilitating retail sales,



and delivering excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Additionally, the Store Executive will provide timely and accurate updates on stock levels and coordinate with other departments to optimize store operations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Customer Service and Communication skills
- Retail and Sales experience, with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Knowledge in Commerce, including inventory and stock management
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and inventory software is a plus
- Previous experience in the roofing/glazing or related industries is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Strong work ethic and a customer-first attitude
