Role Description The Store Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Store Executive will welcome and assist customers, understand their requirements, and provide guidance on tile selections that match their design preferences and budget.

Responsibilities include managing daily store operations, maintaining product displays and inventory records, and ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and customer-ready. The role involves handling sales transactions, preparing invoices,



coordinating with the back-office and logistics teams for order fulfillment, and addressing customer queries or concerns in a professional manner.

Executive will also support promotional activities, collect customer feedback, and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and service-focused store setting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive experiences and building long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Retail and Sales skills, including product presentation, upselling, and closing sales in a showroom environment.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact confidently with customers and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess basic Commerce knowledge, including billing, handling payments, and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Relevant experience in tile, building materials, or home décor retail will be beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including weekends or extended hours as required in retail settings.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary education; a diploma or degree in commerce, business, or a related field is an advantage.
