ABOUT THE ROLE
Protech Engineers is seeking an organized and responsible Store Executive to manage project-wise material receiving,
storage, inventory control, documentation and timely material issue for engineering, EPC, manufacturing and machinery projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Material receiving, verification and GRN preparation.
Material identification, tagging and issue control.
¢ Project-wise inventory management and stock reconciliation.
¢ Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Project teams.
¢ Track material shortages and ensure timely availability.
¢ Maintain accurate store records and monthly stock reports.
¢ Control material loss, duplication and unauthorized issue.
¢ Maintain orderly storage and support material traceability.
¢ Maintain proper inward, outward, issue and return documentation.
¢ Support periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
REQUIRED SKILLS & CANDIDATE PROFILE
¢ Minimum 34 years of experience in engineering, project or manufacturing stores.
¢ Experience in a large project, EPC,
manufacturing or machinery company preferred.
¢ Knowledge of SS sheets, pipes, valves, fittings and instruments.
¢ Good MS Excel / ERP / inventory software skills.
¢ Strong stock-control and documentation discipline.
¢ Positive understanding of material identification, storage and traceability.
¢ Organized, responsible and coordination-oriented approach.
¢ Ability to coordinate effectively with Purchase, Production and Project teams.
SELECTION / ASSESSMENT
Practical assessment covering inventory control, GRN preparation, stock reconciliation and project-material handling.
KEY PERFORMANCE FOCUS
¢ Inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation.
¢ Timely material availability for project and production requirements.
¢ Proper documentation and material traceability.
¢ Controlled material issue and reduction of material loss.
¢ Systematic and organized store management.
