Role & responsibilities

- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
- Prepare cost analyses
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition
- Analyze market and delivery system and strategic sourcing of vendors.
- Developing and maintaining key suppliers by negotiating the company's purchasing agreements and making sure their materials and products meet the company's specifications.
- Precise Inventory control & management.
- Overlook routine stock audits, and making sure that all incoming and outgoing items have the appropriate paperwork




- Implementation of suitable storage conditions and organization
- Oversee the arrival of incoming shipments, confirm and plan the distribution of goods to different clients or distribution channels, guaranteeing prompt and correct deliveries.
- Keeping track of stock levels, coordinating with carriers, and with outside companies to deliver and dispatch packages.
- Compliance with applicable rules is ensured through adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Accurate record-keeping for audits and inspections.

Preferred candidate profile Work experience : 5 10 years

Positive understanding of supply chain procedures

Hands-on experience with purchasing software

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other basic computer knowledge
