STORE ACCOUNTANT

Position: Store Accountant

Department: Store / Finance & Accounts

Location: Various Store Locations

Experience: 1 to 3 Year

Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Store accounting and SAP transactions.
- Handle MIGO, MIRO, GRN and invoice processing.
- Verify PO, GRN, invoices and supporting documents.
- Maintain stock records and physical vs. SAP reconciliation.
- Handle vendor reconciliation and Store documentation.
- Prepare MIS and reconciliation reports.
- Identify and resolve stock, invoice and SAP discrepancies.
- Support audit and month-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with Store, Finance, Procurement and Operations teams.

Required Skills

- Hands-on knowledge of SAP, MIGO & MIRO.
- Good understanding of GRN and Inventory Reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong accounting and documentation skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
