Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Supervise receiving, storage, inspection, and dispatch of materials.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Inspect materials and products for basic quality and specification compliance.
- Identify and segregate damaged or rejected materials.
- Maintain stock and quality related documentation.
- Coordinate with Service, Purchase, Sales Support and other departments to resolve stock and quality issues and material dispatching.
- Ensure proper FIFO and safety.
- Prepare regular stock and quality reports for management.
- Basic computer knowledge.
