Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IBM Sterling OMS Support Engineer with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in supporting IBM.Sterling Order Management System (OMS). The ideal candidate should have experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting application issues, monitoring system health, and ensuring smooth order processing.

Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for IBM Sterling OMS.

- Monitor and resolve production issues.

- Troubleshoot order, inventory, and fulfillment issues.

- Work with development and business teams to resolve defects.

- Execute SQL queries for issue analysis.

- Support application deployments and production releases.

- Ensure SLA compliance and prepare RCA for major incidents.

Required Skills

- 2-5 years of IBM Sterling OMS support experience.

- Positive knowledge of Sterling OMS.

- Experience with Java, SQL, XML, and Unix/Linux.

- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.

- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
