Position: STEM Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $20–$80/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 5+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

- Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content in STEM fields to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
- Review complex scientific data for alignment with domain principles and methodologies.
- Provide explicit, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
- Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing AI-generated scientific tasks and solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.





Qualifications

Must-Have

- Graduate-level training or extensive industry experience in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, or Software Engineering/Data Science.
- Strong written English skills.
- Ability to verify results against a source.

Preferred

- Experience with data and data visualization.
