Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, focused on stock market research, analysis, and trading support. The team member will monitor equity and related markets throughout the trading day, track price movements, and identify opportunities aligned with internal trading strategies.

Responsibilities include conducting technical analysis, preparing daily and weekly market reports, and supporting the execution and review of trades. The role involves developing and back-testing trading strategies, maintaining accurate trading records,



and collaborating with colleagues to enhance overall portfolio performance and risk management. The individual will also contribute to market insights, dashboards, and internal documentation to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of the stock market and practical exposure to trading activities.
- Ability to perform technical analysis using charts, indicators, and market patterns.
- Experience designing, evaluating, or implementing trading strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with trading platforms, market data tools, and basic quantitative concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate with a team, and manage time effectively in fast-moving markets.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to ethical, compliant trading practices.
- Relevant certifications in markets or technical analysis (e.g., NISM, technical analysis courses) are an advantage.
