- Greeting Guests

- Politely welcome guests and escort them to their tables.

- Taking Orders

- Present menus, answer questions, and take accurate food and drink orders.

- Serving Food and Beverages

- Serve meals and drinks professionally and on time.

- Table Setup and Cleaning

- Set tables before service and clear them after use. Maintain a clean dining area.

- Customer Service

- Ensure guest satisfaction, handle complaints politely, and respond to special requests.

- Coordination with Kitchen Staff

- Relay orders to the kitchen accurately and follow up on food preparation times.

- Billing and Payments

- Provide bills, accept payments, and return the correct change or process card payments.

- Knowledge of Menu

- Be familiar with menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to guide guests.

- Follow Hotel Standards

- Adhere to hotel service protocols, hygiene standards, and grooming guidelines.

- Team Collaboration

- Work closely with other waiters, kitchen, and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
