HCLTech TSS is looking for experienced professionals to join our TechBee Program.

Role: State Lead – Education Sales

Base Location: Chennai/Madurai (covering complete Tamil Nadu state)

Experience Required: 8+ years in Education Sales

Hiring Mode: Contract Term

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Key Highlights:

Work from Office – 6 days a week

Field Visits – 3–4 days per week (within the state)

Travel expenses reimbursed (as per company policy)

Minimum Qualification – Graduation completed

Roles and Responsibilities:

Providing guidance and leadership to the Cluster team for planning, implementing, and monitoring the sourcing activities.

Generating leads and networking with key stakeholders like the government, education institutions, etc. in the state.

Exploring collaboration with Government Departments like Education, Employment, Skilling, Welfare etc. for candidate sourcing, assessment and fee assistance wherever possible.

Visit and Network with schools and junior/intermediate colleges for applicant sourcing.

Should Counsel Principals, candidates, Parents, and other stakeholders and get the candidates for assessments and further onboarding.

Identifying appropriate individuals for employment in state sourcing teams as needed.

Regular monitoring and review of the TechBee Program in the state with the teams and taking corrective actions and timely reporting.





Should be proficient in data management.

Should keep track of the team's calls and make calls as needed.

Verification and sharing of timely data and reports for the respective state.

Ensuring the state target for TechBee cohorts are achieved.

Regular reporting of assessments, Interview scheduling, conduct of versant in the state level and raising offer requests for eligible candidates.

Identifying test centre locations as needed.

Organize workshops for various stakeholders like principals, District Education Officials, other department officials in the state, parents and other stakeholders.

Responsible for ensuring the achievement of State onboarding targets.

Responsible for ensuring financial targets and viability of operations.

Co-ordination with banks and partnered financial institutions for candidates loan process.

Onboarding applicants in accordance with agreed-upon deadlines.

Participate in events organised by Government and other stakeholders.

Ensure all data are captured in the system/monitoring tool being utilized.

Travelling to various locations to collaborate with Government/NGO’s/ Educational Institutions for outreach and creating awareness and taking up the assessments.

Any other works as assigned by the reporting manager or the organization.
