Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic qualified for the position of State Head – PMS & AIF Distribution. In this role, you will lead the growth of our PMS and AIF distribution business in Delhi by driving distributor acquisition, channel expansion, AUM mobilization, and strategic partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Channel Expansion & Acquisition: Acquire, empanel, activate, and manage high-value channel partners and distributors.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve targets for net AUM mobilization, revenue, and overall business growth.
- Network Engagement: Drive PMS & AIF sales through Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs), Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Wealth Managers, Family Offices, and National Distributors.
- HNI/UHNI Growth: Mobilize business from High-Net-Worth (HNI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNI) clients via the distribution ecosystem.
- Marketing & Partner Engagement: Organize and conduct distributor meets, product presentations, webinars, and investor awareness initiatives.




- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with internal Product, Investment, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Performance Management: Track sales pipelines, partner productivity, business MIS, and compliance adherence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Finance or Marketing is preferred. Certifications like NISM, CFP, CFA, or CA are an added advantage.
- Experience: 8–15 years of relevant experience in PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, or Asset Management distribution. Must have a proven track record in channel development and AUM mobilization.

- Core Competencies:
- In-depth understanding of PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, and Capital Markets.
- Demonstrated expertise in relationship management, negotiation, and leadership.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
