Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients. The candidate will be responsible for patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring vital signs, assisting doctors, maintaining clinical records, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patients' clinical conditions.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Monitor patients for any changes in condition and immediately report concerns to the treating doctor.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, medication charts, and patient records.
- Ensure proper medication and treatment documentation.
- Maintain infection-control and patient-safety standards.
- Provide pre- and post-procedure nursing care.
- Assist in managing medical emergencies and follow emergency protocols.
- Maintain proper handover and takeover between shifts.
- Coordinate with doctors, Medical Officers, technicians, and other hospital departments.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding medications, procedures, precautions, and discharge instructions as directed.




- Ensure proper care and handling of medical equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the patient-care area.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and clinical protocols.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Perform other nursing duties assigned by the Nursing In-charge / Hospital Management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the applicable nursing council.
- Minimum 2+ years of hospital/clinical experience.
- Good knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong observation and patient-monitoring skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and nursing documentation skills.
- Positive command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in oncology/cancer care will be an advantage.
- Experience in IPD, ICU, chemotherapy, or critical care will be preferred.
- Experience in handling IV medications, cannulation, and emergency situations.
- Patient-friendly and compassionate approach.

Working Hours Rotational Shift – As per Hospital Duty Roster

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
