About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Accountant who is either a fresher or has up to 1 year of relevant experience in accounting. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting processes, working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO), and a strong willingness to learn and grow with our organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including:
- Recording journal entries
- Maintaining ledgers and trial balances
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
- Perform bank and account reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.
- Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable (invoices, payments, follow-ups).
- Prepare basic financial reports and supporting schedules as required.
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of financial transactions.
- Support the finance team with audits, compliance, and other ad-hoc tasks.




- Use MS Excel for data analysis, summaries, and reporting.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification.
- Experience: Fresher to 1 year in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Good command of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic reporting).
- Soft Skills:
- Valuable communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a team.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
