Role & responsibilities:

- Understand client briefs and develop creative concepts and visual designs for events.
- Create designs for stage backdrops, LED screens, kiosks, stalls, booths, arches, photo zones and event spaces.
- Design large-format graphics for event branding and ensure artwork is suitable for production.
- Develop event collaterals such as invitations, standees, banners, signage, certificates, badges, brochures and promotional materials.
- Adapt designs according to different event sizes, formats, and branding requirements.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and final production files with correct dimensions, resolution, bleed, and Colo Make creative revisions based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain consistency with the client's brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and visual identity.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure designs are delivered within strict event deadlines.
- Support the team during last-minute changes and urgent event requirements.
- Develop creative assets for digital screens, social media, presentations and event communication when required.




- Work closely with the Production and Operations teams to ensure the creative can be executed practically at the event venue.
- Coordinate with vendors and printers whenever needed to ensure accurate production and execution.
- Create mood boards, design references and presentations for client pitches and internal discussions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, event branding, experiential marketing, and visual communication.
- Ensure high attention to detail across all creative outputs and minimize errors before final production.

Key Skills : Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, Large-Format Design Event Branding, Print Production, Creative Concept Development, Layout & Typography, Brand Guidelines, Presentation Design, Production Artwork

Preferred Experience: 5+ years in Event Management, Experiential Marketing, with a solid portfolio of event-related work.
