Role Description The Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive - Agra is a full-time, on-site role based at AGRAWAL GROUP OF PUBLICATIONS in Agra.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for diverse roles across the organization.

The position involves building and maintaining talent pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, and ensuring a smooth and timely hiring experience.

The executive will contribute to employer branding initiatives, support IT and non-IT hiring needs, and use data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies.

Daily tasks include posting job descriptions,



coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Hiring and Recruiting across multiple functions and levels, preferably in publishing, education, or related industries.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written correspondence and effective interpersonal interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability in Employer Branding activities, such as enhancing the organization’s presence on job portals and social platforms, and promoting a positive candidate experience.
- Hands-on experience with IT Recruitment, including sourcing and assessing candidates for technical and digital roles.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) for talent sourcing.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a dynamic environment.
- Robust analytical and reporting skills to track recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead talent acquisition role with responsibility for end-to-end hiring.
