We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer for a contract role in Pune. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, integrations, automation, and enterprise platform customization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize complex ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, ACLs, Notifications, Scheduled Jobs, and Scripted REST APIs .
- Work on ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge and SLA Management.
- Develop and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management .
- Build integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, OAuth, JSON/XML and Web Services .
- Develop automation using Flow Designer, Actions and Subflows .
- Troubleshoot complex scripting, integration, CMDB, security and performance issues.
- Manage deployments using Update Sets, Application Repository, Git and CI/CD .
- Support testing, upgrades, releases and production deployments.
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve critical production issues.




- Collaborate with architects, BAs, product owners and technical teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers when required.

Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years of overall IT experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong enterprise implementation and integration experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Pune .

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
