- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.

- MBA / Post Graduate qualification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

- Minimum 68 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management preferably in:

- Solar Module Manufacturing

- Renewable Energy Industry

- Power Sector

- Electrical / Electronics Manufacturing Industry

- Allied Manufacturing Industries

- Experience in handling customers such as EPC companies, developers, IPPs, distributors, channel partners, and industrial customers.

Knowledge of solar PV products, market trends, commercial processes, and customer requirements

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Good understanding of Solar PV modules,



renewable energy market, and applications.

- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.

- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Sales planning and analytical ability.

- Solid coordination and follow-up skills.

- Knowledge of commercial terms, pricing, and business documentation.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
