Miheeka Fashions Mall is a growing family fashion retail store offering a wide range of women's, men's and kids' clothing, including sarees, kurtis, dresses, leggings, nightwear, shirts, jeans, kids' wear and more.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Sales Executives / Fashion Store Associates to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their shopping requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their preferences and budget.
- Explain product features, prices, offers and available collections.
- Handle sarees, dresses, garments and other products carefully.
- Maintain proper product display and keep the showroom organized.
- Support customers during trials, product selection and billing.
- Assist with stock arrangement, tagging and basic inventory activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Support the team during festivals, promotional campaigns and exhibitions.




- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the showroom.

Requirements
- Previous experience in fashion retail, textile or showroom sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a positive attitude can also apply.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Interest in fashion and clothing is an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn about different products and collections.
- Candidates should be punctual, responsible and customer-focused.
