Candidate Expectations Minimum 15 years of total qualified experience.

At least 10 years in a process excellence / operational excellence / continuous improvement role.

Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, process reengineering, and transformation methodologies.

Proven track record of leading large-scale improvement programs with measurable business impact.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Effective communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Experience in life sciences / pharmacovigilance / regulatory operations and in driving automation and digital transformation is preferred.

Detailed Define and own the enterprise-wide process excellence strategy, roadmap, and governance framework aligned to organizational and client delivery goals.

Lead and mentor a team of Master Black Belts, Black Belts, Green Belts, and process improvement practitioners,



building continuous improvement capability across the organization.

Identify, prioritize, and drive high-impact transformation and improvement projects that deliver quantifiable savings, quality, productivity, and compliance gains.

Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across PV/RA functions and client-aligned delivery teams.

Establish and track key performance metrics, dashboards, and benchmarking to measure process maturity and business outcomes.

Partner with senior stakeholders and clients on operational reviews, transformation opportunities, and value realization.

Drive automation, digitization, and process reengineering opportunities in collaboration with technology and delivery teams.

Institutionalize a culture of continuous improvement through training, certification programs, and change management.

Ensure adherence to defined process frameworks, quality standards, and regulatory audit and compliance requirements
