- Preparation of documents required for both the renewal and recent loans including CMA/ Projections
- Coordinate with the lenders to ensure the timely submission of information.
- Proactive communication with lenders to facilitate smooth documentation processes.
- Coordinate with the potential lenders for due diligence and organize meetings for the lenders
- Coordinate with arrangers and consultants
Data Room Management
- Build the data room by capturing all the information points required for due diligence
- Continuously update data points
- Information coordination with external stakeholders
- Analysis of financials for presentation to lenders and rating agencies
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Financial MIS dissemination and analysis
- Covenant tracking
- Weekly and Monthly Treasury reports
- Preparation of Newsletter
- Updating monthly performance highlights
Candidate Profile : Qualification : MBA Finance/ CFA/ CA/ ICWA
Experience : 3 years+ post qualification experience with Investment Banking/ Treasury/ Corporate Finance, preferably experience with NBFC/ Financial institution.
