What would you be doing?

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Diversity & Inclusion to shape and drive bigbasket’s D&I; agenda, building an inclusive culture where diverse talent can thrive, grow and succeed. The role will partner closely with senior leadership and HR teams to embed D&I; into business and people practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the D&I; strategy, roadmap and priorities aligned with business goals.
- Partner with senior leaders, HR and Talent Acquisition to embed inclusion across the employee lifecycle.
- Drive initiatives focused on gender diversity, accessibility, representation and inclusive workplace practices.
- Build and strengthen diverse talent pipelines, along with programs for development, career progression and retention.




- Lead leadership sensitisation, awareness and inclusion programs to build an inclusive culture.
- Establish and track D&I; metrics, dashboards and goals, providing data-led insights to leadership.
- Identify representation gaps and work with business leaders on targeted interventions and action plans.
- Develop D&I; frameworks, policies and practices while ensuring consistency across the organisation.
- Benchmark external best practices and bring creative D&I; interventions relevant to bigbasket.
- Champion an inclusive employee experience by partnering with Employee Engagement, L&D;, HRBP and TA teams.

Who are we looking for?

- 8–12 years of experience in Diversity & Inclusion, DEI, HR or related areas, preferably in a large, complex organisation.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide D&I; strategy and programs.
- Ability to work with and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of diversity metrics, talent practices and inclusive workplace interventions.
- Excellent program management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic, data-driven and high ownership mindset, with the ability to translate D&I; objectives into measurable business outcomes.
