Project- High rise Residential Projects

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Safety/EHS function across multiple high-rise real estate projects.
- Implement EHS policies, SOPs, safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments and site reviews.
- Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, lifting, excavation, scaffolding, electrical and hot work.
- Lead incident investigation, RCA and corrective actions.
- Manage safety teams and ensure contractor/subcontractor compliance.
- Drive safety training, emergency preparedness and safety culture.
- Track Safety KPIs/MIS and report performance to senior management.

Qualification & Experience:

- Any Fulltime Engineering with ADIS/Diploma in Safety preferred.
- 18+ years of Safety/EHS experience in real estate/construction.
- Robust experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects and multi-site safety management.
