nRole Overview

nWe are looking for a Senior Executive – QA/QC to support quality assurance and quality control activities at our manufacturing unit. The role will be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining quality documentation, supporting regulatory compliance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent quality standards.

nKey Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day QA/QC activities at the manufacturing facility.
n
- Review and approve Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Finished Products as per defined specifications.
n
- Maintain and review quality documentation including BMR, BPR, COA, SOPs, specifications and records.
n
- Handle quality-related activities such as Deviation, OOS, CAPA and Change Control.
n
- Ensure adherence to applicable GMP, GLP and quality standards.
n
- Conduct and support internal audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
n
- Monitor in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with defined manufacturing standards.
n
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Warehouse and other functions for quality-related requirements.
n




- Support investigation of quality issues and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
n
- Ensure proper documentation control and record maintenance.
n
- Support preparation for customer, regulatory and third-party audits.
n
- Identify quality gaps and contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes.
n
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
n

nQualification

n

n
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or a relevant discipline.
n
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, personal care, pharma or related manufacturing.
n
- Good understanding of GMP, GLP and quality management systems.
n
- Hands-on experience with quality documentation and manufacturing quality processes.
n
- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
n

nPreferred Skills

n

n
- Experience in cosmetics/skincare/personal care manufacturing will be preferred.
n
- Knowledge of OOS, CAPA, Deviation and Change Control.
n
- Strong documentation and attention to detail.
n
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
n
- Ability to work independently and manage quality activities within timelines.
n
