About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Influencer Marketing who can independently manage influencer campaigns, coordinate with creators and clients, and ensure smooth campaign execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
- Identify, shortlist and coordinate with relevant influencers.
- Handle creator outreach, negotiations and onboarding.
- Coordinate with talent agencies and internal teams.
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables and approvals.
- Manage client communication and provide regular updates.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Resolve campaign issues and ensure timely execution.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing/agency.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.
- Good communication and client-management skills.
- Solid negotiation and coordination abilities.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership.
