We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive / Lead Analyst - MDM Operations to manage and oversee the creation, maintenance, governance, and quality of Supplier and Customer Master Data.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), third-party data cleansing and enrichment processes, data quality management, reporting, and advanced analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Supplier and Customer Master Data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with governance standards.
- Perform data creation, maintenance, validation, cleansing, and enrichment activities.
- Monitor data quality metrics and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and integrity issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, operational efficiency, and process effectiveness.
- Analyze master data trends and prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Leverage advanced MS Excel and reporting tools to support data analysis and business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve master data issues and ensure adherence to data standards.
- Support data governance initiatives, audits, and implementation of best practices across MDM processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert for supplier and customer master data operations.
