We are looking for a agile and highly proactive Sr.Executive /Asst Manager Operations to lead and manage our PAN India Technical Facility Management Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage technical facility management operations across multiple locations in India.

Ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services with strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

Build, manage, and strengthen a robust vendor and service partner network across the country.

Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical, HVAC, UPS, DG, fire protection, and other MEP systems.

Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Lead site teams and ensure timely execution of projects and maintenance activities.





Deliver results with a strong focus on quality, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Diploma in electrical engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in any stream

Five plus years of experience in Technical Facility Management Operations.

Strong PAN India vendor network and excellent vendor management skills.

Highly proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.
