About the Role:

nAs a Senior Engineer Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS), you will design, configure, and deliver planning solutions across Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, and Long-Range Planning. You will work hands-on to build forecasting and budgeting models, partner with finance teams to align processes, and support integrations across ERP and EPM applications.

nWhat You Will Do:

- Configure EPBCS applications for Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, and Long-Range Planning.
n
- Design and implement calculation rules, forms, and driver-based models to support forecasting and budgeting cycles.
n
- Partner with finance stakeholders to translate planning requirements into technical solutions and templates.
n
- Build and maintain key project artifacts: Configuration documents, design specs, test scripts.
n
- Support integrations with ERP and EPM systems (FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, EPRCS) through Data Management and OIC.
n
- Ensure delivery quality across development, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
n
- Provide production support for planning applications, ensuring performance, accuracy, and compliance.
n
- Collaborate with global teams, sharing knowledge and contributing to reusable design patterns.
n

nWhat You Will Bring:

- 57 years of Oracle EPM experience with at least 3+ years in EPBCS/Planning Cloud.
n
- Hands-on experience configuring Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, or Long-Range Planning modules.
n
- Strong skills in calculation rules, forms, Smart View, and planning templates.
n
- Valuable understanding of finance planning cycles (AOP, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, monthly/quarterly forecasts).
n
- Familiarity with ERP/EPM integration flows and data management.
n
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
n
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
n
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-changing environments.
n
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to support business stakeholders effectively.
