Minimum Qualification

- Comprehensive Expertise in Electronics Testing Principles

Possesses strong theoretical and practical knowledge of electronics testing methodologies across digital, analog, and RF domains. Skilled in designing test strategies that ensure product reliability, performance validation, and compliance with industry standards.

- Hands-On Experience in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Development

Proven track record in the design, development, and deployment of advanced ATE platforms, including NI LabVIEW/TestStand, PXI-based systems, Keysight, and Teradyne solutions. Adept at integrating hardware and software components to create scalable, automated test environments for complex electronic systems.

- Advanced Programming Proficiency

Demonstrated ability to develop robust test applications and automation scripts using multiple programming languages and platforms: Python, C/C , LabVIEW, PLC & SCADA systems, MATLAB, VHDL, Vivado, Quartus, and WindRiver WorkBench 3.3. Skilled in both low-level hardware programming and high-level test automation frameworks.

- In-Depth Knowledge of Communication Protocols

Experienced in implementing and troubleshooting industry-standard communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN,



and Ethernet. Capable of designing test routines that validate protocol integrity and ensure seamless device interoperability.

- Proficiency with Electronic Measurement Instruments

Robust working knowledge of precision measurement tools including multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other diagnostic instruments. Skilled in configuring, calibrating, and interpreting results to support accurate product validation.

- Data Analysis & Statistical Competence

Well-versed in statistical analysis techniques and data logging methodologies for test results. Capable of applying SPC (Statistical Process Control), regression analysis, and trend monitoring to identify process variations and drive continuous improvement.

- Test Fixture & Hardware Interface Design

Skilled in conceptualizing and building custom test fixtures and hardware interfaces tailored to specific product requirements. Ensures ergonomic, reliable, and repeatable test setups that enhance efficiency and accuracy in production and R&D; environments.
