We’re Hiring | Senior Digital Marketer

Aspireon Ventures is looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Senior Digital Marketer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads & performance campaigns
- Drive qualified leads and support admissions/conversions
- Manage SEO and website marketing activities
- Plan and execute social media campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance, ROI, leads & conversions
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate campaign execution
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, feedback, and reporting
- Coordinate with Sales, Admissions, Media & Creative teams
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads,



SEO & Analytics
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing
- Robust client management and communication skills
- Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

Preferred Industry Experience: Candidates with experience in Film & Media, Entertainment, Education, Creative Agencies, Advertising, Digital Marketing Agencies, or other content-driven industries will be preferred.
