We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with Data Engineering expertise to join the Data Analytics & AI team, supporting business-critical initiatives through data-driven insightsand scalable data solutions. This hybrid role combines analytical capabilities with hands-on data engineering skills, enabling impactful decision-making across global operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in analytics, data visualization, and reporting, along with proficiency in data integration tools and cloud technologies to support scalableand efficient data workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and interpret large datasets to deliver actionable insights and performance KPIs.
- Strong working experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI , Microsoft Dataverse)
- Build interactive dashboards and self-service reports using Power BI.
- Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective data models and visualizations.
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing data assets that support business objectives.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and lineage across the analytics ecosystem.
- Optimize data models and queries to improve report performance and scalability.




- Collaborate with IT, developers, and analysts to drive data standardization and automation.

________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience:

- 610 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Data Engineering roles.
- Strong command of Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and row-level security.
- Experience working with MS SQL Server BI Stack tools and technologies, such as SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, Power BI, and DAX
- Experience with SnapLogic for data ingestion and orchestration.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake, AWS S3, and other cloud-based data platforms.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, data lake architecture, and business domain modeling.
- Robust data wrangling and cleansing skills, with the ability to connect data to business goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present to senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional global teams.

- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
- Prior experience in Life Sciences domains.
- Knowledge of data governance and cataloging tools.
