Role Description

 Provide detailed information on admission requirements, scholarships, and application deadlines to facilitate informed decision-making.

 Effectively use CRM tools to manage and track inquiries, ensuring accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and engagement metrics.

 Meet and exceed application targets by driving enrollment growth through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups with prospective students and parents.

 Assist aspirants throughout the entire application process,



ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to enrollment, contributing to institutional growth.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

 Proven experience in admissions counseling, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the academic workplace.

 Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed enrollment targets or sales quotas, with a track record of achieving results.

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospective students and parents.

 Proficient in using CRM tools and other database management systems to track leads and manage student interactions effectively.

 Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other regional languages will be an added advantage.
